You need to inspect your gutter guard installation. You should ensure that you retained between a five and 25-degree forward slant on the gutter guards once installed and that the front edge of the gutter guard lays flat on the front edge of the gutters. If not, gaps between the front lip of your gutters and the underside of the front edge of your gutter guards can make the rainwater to run over the gutter.
